El Punt i a Part is a modern farmhouse located in the middle of the Baix Empordà region. Surrounded by fields and nature on all four sides, it is located in a privileged area, just 15 minutes from the beaches of L’Escala and Sant Martí d’Empúries. An ideal place to enjoy peace and calm with spectacular views of the Montgrí and Gavarres mountains. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor we find a large room with sofas and TV, which in turn serves as a games room. A large sliding door leads to the open kitchen and to the dining room with fireplace. The decoration, fresh and warm will make you feel very comfortable. On this floor we also find three triple rooms -one of them with bathroom and exit to the garden-, and a bathroom with shower. The whole house has heating, fans and free wifi.
The garden, where new grass and flowers recently seed star to grow up, is a paradise of nature, surrounded by fields and mountains. The only sound you hear is the chirping of birds and the bleating of the grazing sheep. The house has a fenced pool (which is a novelty this year, be the first!), covered porch with barbecue and a trampoline for the little ones. A perfect place to disconnect, enjoy the calm and make a full stop from the frantic pace of life we lead.

Maximum capacity: 9 people, of which 3 are accommodated in an extra bed.
The house is isolated in the middle of the field.
Outsite swimming pool of 8x4 m and 1,50 m depth.
Big 500 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 50 m2 covered terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 30 € supplement per animal and stay. We support a maximum of two.
