House located in Pujals dels Pagesos, rural village with less than 20 inhabitants and very quiet, 5 minutes from Banyoles and 20 minutes from the beach. In one part of the house live the owners, engaged in agriculture life and the other part is dedicated to rural tourism, guests can enjoy all the exterior exclusively because when the house is occupied the owners do not use it. House with different rooms where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Swimming pool and large terrace with two spaces.
The house has 4 rooms -which can be with double beds or with separate beds- with private bathroom for each room and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, TV room, large living room, recreation room with large windows that let you enjoy the views of the surroundings and a covered terrace at the top of the house. The whole house has heating and free wifi.
We find a large garden with fenced swimming pool and a large covered terrace with barbecue, surrounded by wonderful views of the countryside and mountains. In this environment, the house becomes an ideal place for children or to enjoy a celebration with friends. On the Terrace you will find furniture for outdoor dining and a chill out area with table and chairs. There are sun loungers for relaxing or sunbathing.
Within the property of the house we also find a large room for special celebrations with a maximum capacity of 50 people (extra supplement). There is no heating or air conditioning in this hall. The room itself has crockery and cutlery, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, barbecue, fireplace, stereo and bathroom.

The house is in a small neighborhood.
Outsite swimming pool of 4,50x9,50 m and 1,50 m depth.
Big 2000 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 24 m2 terrace and another 50 m2 covered terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 2 cots and that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 30 € supplement per animal and stay. We support a maximum of two.
