Surrounded by the Massís de Cadiretes and the Gavarres,
Mas Carreras stands isolated and renovated in a neighborhood in the village of Llagostera. The house, built in the middle of the 20th century, is in an ideal location for nature lovers and outdoor activities,
just 15 minutes away from the beaches of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Platja d'Aro. From the house's garden, you can also enjoy the spectacular view of the Montseny natural park and the Girona Pyrenees.
The farmhouse has
two floors, an extensive garden with swimming pool and complementary spaces to enjoy the stay. After the bright hall, there is the
large kitchen, fully equipped with a fireplace and beautiful views, followed by the large dining room and living room with a table and sofa to enjoy all together, Smart TV, stereo, DVD and a great collection of movies to enjoy with family and friends. On this same floor there are also
two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds,
a room with a table football, a small living-dining room and a bathroom with shower. At the entrance of the house there is a laundry room where you will find the most curious feature of the house,
an old underground wine vat.Going up to the first floor, you'll find the
remaining 5 bedrooms, one of which is a suite type with a hall and private bathroom, three with two single beds and another with a double bed. This floor also has a complete bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. All the
rooms stand out for their great spaciousness, minimalist and warm decoration and the large wooden beamed ceiling, a distinctive feature of the house's architecture. In addition, the whole house is
heated with underfloor heating, providing the best temperature during the colder months.
The outside area conveys privacy and charm, dominated by the outdoor pool and the barbecue area with a covered table where everyone can eat together. On one side of the garden there is also an open space with a
small gym, 4 bicycles at the disposal of the guests and a small and old display of farmer's tools and machines, arranged as a museum. In the same estate, in an independent house, respecting the guests' privacy and not using the common spaces, the owner lives there, delighted and ready to offer the best experience with maximum privacy.
