Daina Rural is located in the municipality of Romanyà de la Selva, in
Baix Empordà and just 5 minutes from the beach . With spectacular views of the Natural Park of Les Gavarres and surrounded by a natural garden, it becomes a place full of calm and light.
The house is divided into
two houses with access from the garden:
La Daina and Almeda . La Daina rural is a house full of light, warmth, wood, turquoise colors and Zen touches.
On the main floor of
the Daina there is a living room with a stone fireplace, a dining room, an auxiliary kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there is a large games room with a sofa and TV, which becomes the dream of the smallest in the house, and 3 bedrooms (one double with bathroom, 2 with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
On the main floor of
the Almeda we find the main and spacious common areas: the dining room, the TV room with fireplace and
billiards , a room with
ping pong , the kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor we find the rest of the rooms: 2 double bedrooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom, and 2 triple bedrooms with three single beds with bathroom.
From the garden you can enjoy
spectacular views of the "Les Gavarres" Natural Park while listening to the birds singing in the barbecue area. Near the
pool you will find plenty of shade from centuries-old trees. A home to relax your mind while enjoying time with your loved ones.
