My cooking style is based in good quality products, sharing and passion. I am very flexible with the theme you are looking for. I want to help you have a good time, create new memories around the table.

The dishes I offer are simply informative, if you have a recipe or a product in mind, I am entirely at your disposal.
I can cook gourmet, family style, to share... I can also adapt the menu to any dietary restrictions. The experience can be through tasting menus, barbecues, banquets...

My experiences are summed up in three years at the Paul Bocuse Institute, having worked in gourmet restaurants in France (Mère Brazier**, Château de Bagnols*), Catalonia (Sant Pau***, Racó d'en Cesc), Canada (Toqué! in Montreal, 3rd best in Canada) and having also done more than 250 private chef events in Canada, Spain and Portugal.

All proposals are general, each menu/event is tailor-made considering the needs of the client (number of people, budget, personal tastes, allergies, intolerances), also to the season of the year for local products to be available.

The main experiences I offer are:

Sharing menu

It can be 3 courses (starter/main course/dessert) or a tasting menu, but with all the dishes in the middle of the table to share (practical for groups and large tables).
 

Tasting menu

Highly variable depending on budget, most individual dishes and there may be some in the middle to share.
 

Families

This proposal is the most requested. Working for families, going one day a week with a different menu each time. A menu for about 4 meals, dishes prepared on the spot that must be reheated or dressed when eating. Very useful for families who like to eat well every day.
For this proposal, the price is done differently: fixed cost of the working day to which is added the price of the goods.
 

Cooking lessons

I also offer cooking classes at the customer's premises on any recipe (pasta, paella, pizza, fish, meat, vegetarian cuisine...). Cook with all the explanations, then serve the prepared dishes.
 

Events

Possibility of making buffets for major events such as birthdays, work meetings, with family or friends; wedding...
 

Barbeque

It can be coal, wood or gas. It can be vegetables, fish, meat, or a bit of each. Served with cold appetizers to share. A barbecue must be available at the client's home.
 

Vegetarian or vegan menu

Possibility of making menus adapted to different diets, all experiences can be adapted.

I will do most of the kitchen work at your place and leave everything as clean as I found it.
