Casa Canigó is located in an ideal place to enjoy the calm, in the Golf de Peralada in the middle of fields, vineyards and culture. Just 7 minutes away from Figueres and 15 from the beach, a house to live the luxury.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with three intimate and different spaces: the fireplace area, the dining room table and the TV area, with exit to the garden, where there is a covered porch where you will be able to eat at any time of the year. We also find a kitchen dominated by a large island, with 2 fridges and an outside exit. On the same floor there are also 3 bedrooms -one double bedroom and another one with two beds- and 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
The garden, presided over by its large swimming pool, is the ideal place to enjoy the calm and the luxury of the surroundings. Next to the pool we find a chill out area with sofas, a built-in barbecue and an area where you can enjoy the shade.
In the garage area we find a table football and a ping-pong.

Outsite swimming pool of 11x6 m and 1,30-1,40 m depth.
Big 800 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 30 m2 covered terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 30 € supplement per animal and stay. We support a maximum of two.
