Can Ferriol is an exclusive Catalan country house hidden in the natural interest park of the Vall de Sant Daniel. The lighting plays a key role, and the large windows in the main living allow the light to enter through every corner. Restored to detail, respecting the initial construction and combining it with modern technology – geothermal energy, radiant floor, automatic lights -, the house becomes a model of energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
On the ground floor there is an extensive entrance hall, the kitchen open to the dining room and a TV hall. Everything is integrated in a sole space where the modern fireplace and large windows are protagonists. This floor is adapted for reduced mobility, and also has a bathroom, a double room and a quadruple one. Each room in the house represents a famous legend of Girona, illustrated in the glass partitions that separate them from the bathroom (all rooms have a bathroom with shower – one with bathtub). In the house there is free wifi and below the ground floor we find the table football room.
On the first floor we find a comfortable library and the rest of the rooms (four doubles and a quadruple). The “El falcó del Cap d’Estopes” room opens onto a small terrace with spectacular views of the valley, and “El cul de la Lleona” has a bathroom with a bathtub.
The extensive garden of Can Ferriol is surrounded by aromatic plants and has a crystalline pool (with option to fence it on previously requested), a large porch with forge barbecue, football field, volleyball net, a trampoline and a swing to rest peacefully in the shade. A unique and luxurious place, ideal for enjoying nature and listening to the silence just 5 minutes from the city of Girona.

The house is isolated in the middle of the field.
Outsite swimming pool of 10x4,50 m and 1,20-1,60 m depth.
Big 6000 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 20 m2 terrace and another 65 m2 covered terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 2 cots and that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are not accepted at this house.
