Can Bufí is located on a small mountain with views of the Pyrenees, the Ardenya Massif Valley and the Gavarres. Just 2 km from the village of Llagostera and 20 minutes from the beaches of Platja d'Aro, Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Tossa de Mar.
With large, functional, bright common spaces and restored in detail with simply exclusive touches, Can Bufí does not lack anything. On the first floor we find a living room with TV and a games room, presided over by a modern fireplace open on both sides. There is also the large dining room with an auxiliary kitchen area ideal for breakfast, the TV room with sofas, billiards and SONOS speakers, the industrial and professional style kitchen ideal for gourmets and 3 toilets.
Going down some stairs from the end of the entrance we have a hidden area that is necessary to visit: the heated indoor pool (between 28 and 30ºC) and the games room with ping-pong table, table football for kids and darts. From this floor you can use the elevator to go up to the main floor and the bedrooms.
On the second floor we find the room area: 2 double suites with bath and 5 triples with shower (one of them adapted for wheelchairs and three of them with views of the valley. All rooms have a cold/heat pump).
The garden is the best place in the house to enjoy a sunset over the Montseny from the magnificent infinity pool and from the chill out area in front. It has a porch area with a large dining table and a modern mobile barbecue.

The house is isolated in the middle of the field. It has a surface of 1100 m2, with 7 rooms and 10 bathrooms.
Outsite swimming pool of 18x3,5 m and m depth.
Enjoy the whole year of the heated swimming pool of 3,60x3,70 m and 1-1,40 m depth.
Big 3000 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 500 m2 terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 3 cots and 3 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 30 € supplement per animal and stay. We support a maximum of two.
