La Calma de Rita is a stone house in the small mediaeval village of Vilert. Surrounded by fields and next to the Fluvià river, it is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast on its porch with the birdsong and the sound of the river. Just 20 minutes from Besalú and Banyoles, in the heart of El Pla de l'Estany region.
The house, decorated with touches of eclectic romanticism, exudes history and positivity in every corner.
On the ground floor there are two dining rooms -a large one and an intimate one-, the professional and spacious vintage-style kitchen which will inspire you to cook delicious recipes, the games room presided over by the billiard and a bathroom.
On the first floor we find the large TV room with the fireplace and the attic room, with a large collection worthy of the best antique dealer. We also find the first double bedroom suite with bathroom with shower and an exit to a terrace overlooking the garden, the second and the third bedroom, both double bedrooms with bathroom, and the fourth bedroom: the large quadruple suite with bathroom with bathtub.
On the second floor we find the fifth quadruple room with bathroom. The sixth bedroom is accessed from the garden and has a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom.
The garden and all its exteriors are a little paradise in the style of the French countryside: flowers, smells, birds, nature and the murmur of the river. The garden has a barbecue and swimming pool. An ideal place where you can enjoy the cool air under the Catalan vaulted porch. A place of calm where you can imagine ancient stories and where you can daydream and sharpen your 5 senses.

The house is nside the village.
Outsite swimming pool of 2x6 m and 1.50 m depth.
Cozy 60 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 35 m2 terrace and another 23 m2 covered terrace .
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 2 cots and that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are not accepted at this house.
